What is the returns policy?
 

If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item for a prompt, full refund or exchange. For any items incorrectly ordered by the customer there will be a 20% restocking fee. In order to get a refund please follow the steps below.

  1. Click the "Order Status" link at the top of our site to review your orders.
  2. Click the "Order Details" button to view the relevent full order information.
  3. Click "Return Items" located at the top right of the page.
  4. Fill out the simple form and ship the items back to us making sure to enclose your order number.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?
  We will process your return within 3 days of receipt at our warehouse. In addition, please allow the necessary time for the return to reach us via UPS or other carrier.
